Multivitamins are useless

Currently, approximately 50 percent of adults consume vitamin complexes as an additive to food.Modern research is increasingly proving that vitamins (especially in the form of pills) just useless because they are poorly assimilated by organism.Researchers monitored the health of 161,000 women and found that multivitamins do not help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases and cancer.

We know that the body itself can not produce vitamins, so as to specialists, only a balanced diet will help to fill their gap. There are currently conducting research to find out whether the vitamins in large doses affect the development of chronic diseases.

But has been proven that people in the diet which has a sufficient number of fruits and vegetables, the main suppliers of vitamins, rarely suffer from cardiovascular diseases and cancer.
